Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as excessive worry, physical tension, avoidance, reassurance-seeking, or persistent fears that feel hard to control. Therapy for anxiety may be helpful when anxiety starts to interfere with sleep, concentration, school, work, or relationships. Treatment of anxiety typically includes evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioural strategies, exposure-based approaches, and skills for managing worry and physical symptoms.
